Ealing Abbey Lay Plainchant Choir

The Ealing Abbey Lay Plainchant Choir (EALPC) is a group of men and women who meet weekly under the direction of Fr Peter Burns OSB to practise singing Gregorian chant as part of the liturgical life of Ealing Abbey.

We always seek the patronage and protection of The Blessed Virgin Mary.

We sing Mass chants in Latin (Ordinary Form), aiming to support the prayer of the Abbey by singing the liturgy with care, reverence, and musical integrity.

The Choir is lay, non-professional, and open to new members. No previous experience of plainchant is required.
